I need to call California on a Verizon mobile. Can someone please tell me how. People can call me but I cant seem to call out for San Diego, CA is it 001-619-000-0000 please let me know I tried 001-619 plus # doesn't work.

That does not start 555 so must be a fake number.

dial: 00 + 1 + City Area Code + Number you wish to call.

Hope this isn't a dumb question but is your phone unlocked? Also I used my phone in NZ by calling my provider and telling them what country I wanted to use it in, and they remotely did something to make it so.
