After having got the PR sorted in dec 04 , shippers decided on all we gotta do is sell the house and were away,been on the market 4 months now not much interest but its looking up , the old dear two doors away goes and falls off her perch and her house put on the market :( and to make it worse its 10 grand cheaper than ours :wah :wah :wah

BUT it will prolly not be in such as nice state.
A bargin for someone that wants a house to do up, but for a family who dosen't want that sort of hassel they will be happy to pay a little extra for a house fully finished.

The market is apparantely picking up so you never know. Fingers crossed for you :hopeso

We gave up waiting for sell ours and have rented it out, as we wanted to get out to the promised land not waiting and hopeing in the UK.
