Lots of interest in that other house in Taylors Mistake... hope it pans out for someone...
The next house is the house we are in at the moment - the owner is selling it (offers c. $360k + please - a bloomin' good price for Sumner but it does need cosmetic work!)... he wants to keep it rented for a few more weeks or months so is looking for someone who wants a short term, fully furnished rental.
