Okay I have a WestPac account and a KiwiBank account. Not sure why I have two, just wanted to try out both:o But almost all my money is at Bank of America how can I transfer it to NZ? Do I just go to Bank of America and ask them to send to WestPac? Thanks.

There are a few transfer services.
I used Tranzfers.com and that was ok. If you use one of those it will take you about a business week at least to get everything set up and possibly a few more days to get your money transferred and available. Their service cost $5 USD, but my bank charged me to transfer the money to the intermediate bank (Bank of New York for Tranzfers.com) in the US.
It's a worthwhile option if you have an interest in getting the best possible rate and have a largeish sum to transfer. Other options include hifx.com and xe.com as well as others.
You should also be able to call B of A and have them transfer it to your NZ account. You should ask them what information they need and then ask Westpac for that info.
You will need your account number and Westpacs bank swift code. You'll have to ask Westpac what that is (and what other information you may need) as I forget :o
