I might just be plain wrong - i.e, reading too much into too little evidence -- but has anyone else had trouble leaving voice-mails or e-mails at NZIS London in the last day or so? Someone (maybe not on this forum, I can't remember) mentioned that NZIS London's e-mail might have been down over the last 24 hours or so.

It's just that now our CO is back from holiday, her holiday voice-mail message has been replaced (after hours, at least) by constant ringing with no voice-mail pick-up. But that might be nothing more than a one-off hiccup or something to do with a backlog of messages, or similar.

Oh, and in case you're wondering: no, I'm not besieging our poor CO with messages right after her return. :laugh
I called the v-mail well after hours just to listen to make sure we'd got her return date right (i.e., I never was going to leave a message), and sent just one short information e-mail to her on the advice of another NZIS person.

Email is OK to NZIS London as far as I can tell.
I sent an email late last night, and had a reply first thing this morning.
I responded, and had 2 more emails (from different departments) during the course of the day.
Alas, none from a case officer (not yet assigned)
