Hi fellow Wellingtonians...could someone advise is $450 per week is too less for Churton Park? I'm just looking for a warm 2 or 3 bed house.

I was hoping it would do, but the relocation consultant engaged by my employer seems to think otherwise

I would say $450 is probably on the money for the older part of Churton Park but the new builds would be more than that.
