Having lived in Wellington for a few months now, I know how difficult it is finding good rental properties.

I am moving from my current house as from Feb. 1st and am looking for someone to take over the rental.

The house is a new clean house and has the following features;

• 2 double bedrooms upstairs with built in wardrobes
• 1 single bedroom
• Bath room with shower over
• Lounge, dining, kitchen – very sunny
• 4th double bedroom or study downstairs with built in wardrobe
• Shower room with toilet downstairs with launndry (doors to hall and 4th bedroom - ensuite like)
• Single integral garage
• Insulated
• Gas heating fittings (I have a Rinnai gas heater to offer too)
• Gas hot water
• Sky dish and cabling in place
• New curtains
• Situated right in the middle of Seatoun (10 seconds to the shops, restaurant, hairdressers, fashion shop, doctors, café, RSA, chip shop, bus stop with express buses to the city and airport, and late bus for you night owls partying in Welly till 3.00 am) – but quiet also!
• Zoned for Seatoun School which is excellent

All this for $500 a week…

The property will be listed through an agent by the middle of Feb. with a move in date of 11th March but if you want to get in early give me a shout and I can arrange for you to take over earlier.

I’m pretty sure that the house will rent really quickly and it being such a perfect house for expats coming to Wellington. I thought I’d let you guys know

Although our budget was $450 pw, it looks good. Is there are garden of some kind?

Not really. It's more a town house. There is a piece of grass about 2 metres square - just enough for 4 chairs and a table...and that's it.

....but the beach is literally a 1 minutes walk away.

here are a few pictures from walking distance (a few minutes not a great hike!) from the house.
