Has Anyone brought over an american car, like a chevy Blazer? I hadn't thought about it. But the thread from the UK bringing over a car made me wonder.

I think it wouldn't offer much benefit; I've heard the cost of getting a vehicle converted to right-side driver is pricey. All imported vehicles are also subject to thorough inspection and must be free of rust, dirt and bugs/spiders, and the treads of the tires must clean. Also my personal opinion is that the fewer high profile vehicles on often small NZ roads the better.
Having said all that I think there is some kind of exemption on classic cars in regards to the steering wheel.
