Just one idea we're entertaining is -- at some point -- to buy a condo/apartment in downtown Wellington. But what concerns us is that we have a little boy of two, and my question is this:
are there any condo/apartment complexes, of any size, where having a toddler would be a pretty normal and tolerated thing? That is, are they almost all dedicated to the culture of single folks or couples, or are there either family-oriented ones or at least apartments with good sound insulation? (No, he's not a rowdy little lad, but any toddler can be pretty noisy from time to time).
