Surreal! Beautiful and wonderful place and people.

Please fly Air NZ... we had six cases that went over the limit and were charged nothing (about 140kg worth with 2 adults and 1 baby). Fantastic throughout the flight.

Loved the free tea and coffee served to us at Auckland airport.. a contrast to the guy who charged £10 to move our suitcases at Heathrow!

Fantastic! We're also going Air NZ (leaving tomorrow!!!!) and have been killing ourselves to reduce our kilos .... my travel agent put the wind up me by saying we'd be charged 1% of the most expensive seat on the flight for each excess kilogram!!!!!!!!!!!!!! But we are not only on Air NZ - we fly SAA from CT to Perth and I don't know how strict they are!!

Don't rely on ANZ being kind, they wern't to us, charged us for having a car seat & pushchair, just be warned but good luck
