Is anyone else having problems with communicating via email with NZIS London? We had a letter from our case officer on Friday, asking for some more info on our medicals. She also mentioned that she had tried to email me but that her email had bounced back. I immediately emailed her back to confirm some information and TODAY (four days later) my email bounced back from NZIS. Think it must be to do with their server, as I am sending and receiving other emails as normal.

We sent an email to our CO today, and we have not received a reply (which is not like her).

Got to email her some more information tomorrow, will let you know how I get on

I emailed our CO yesterday morning. It usually takes until the next afternoon for him to reply but he amazed me by replying by tea time yesterday.

I know this info won't help you but its just to let you know that emails are getting through.

Sent an email to my CO last night and she said they have been basically shut down for a few days with the weather.

It's definitely because of the snow - most of the public transit in London was completely shut down. We had an Out of Office auto reply from our CO saying she'd be back today (the 4th) so you should all be hearing back soon. :)
