Any locals who use this station into Wellington know where to park when the station car park is full?

If I need to get into Welly during the day or any time after 7:00 for that matter where can I park - the car park is always full?

Paekakariki car park usually has spaces, and you get home quicker too. Or If you want somewhere local, try outside the statue Bargain Barn

Crossing the tracks from Pram, take the left (rather than follow road round to the right). Don't park in the first 3 spots (P120's) but anywhere else is all day. Actually quicker than the station car park

hi mels,
if i take the train, i get there later in the morning (catch the 8:40) and usually end up parking all the way down past bigsave furniture, by the new storage place. it does seem like a hike sometimes, but not too bad. i have not had a problem yet with not being able to find a spot here to park. i might have to try over by the bargain barn sometime.

Hi Laurel,
I thought that bland was outside of the station carpark and thought I saw a sign saying something about parking fees and fines. However if it's not restricted and you can park up there all day that would be so much easier.
