Just wondering - do I need to specifically request the return of the med reports, or do they return them automatically?

No they dont return them, not sure if you can even request them back?

I would think that under the Freedom of Information Act, they would need to supply any personal info they have on their files?

My application is with the London office, I dont know what the NZ FOI details are.

I didn't get my medical reports back. I read them before I sent them off so what is written in them is no secret.

I agree with Jubjub, doubt you are even entitled to request their return. But there again, you don't know until you give it a go.
