Singapore - electrical plugs and adaptors

Singapore (like the UK) uses an electrical plug that has three rectangular prongs that form a triangle.

Most imported electronic equipment sold in South Africa uses a two-wire plug which is ungrounded and has two round prongs.

The above is per this page :

How am I going to re-charge the DV camera and cellphone whilst on a 2 day stopover in Singapore?

Anyone else had this situation? How did you work it out? Can one purchase an adapator at the airport? Or do the hotels have a solution?
