Just had a quick look on line, as far as I can make out you have to visit the kiwibank office in person to get a price. But I think it wont be too far away from what the other banks offer.
Have you tried going to the exchange booths on Columbo street? I use the one 2 or 3 doors away from the post shop (same side of street) I find their rates are just slightly better than everyone else.
