This is one that I'm renting at the moment but will be available for short term rent from the 7th of April when I return to the UK temporarily.
It's a 2 bedroom cottage which is fully (and very nicely) furnished with phone and with local calls included - I have broadband on a one month option so as long as you're there for over a month you'd be able to sort bb out.
You share a courtyard with the very nice owners and it's location is in Old Greenhithe so quite close to the motorway (15 minutes into Auckland) but with a middle class UK village feel to the place.
2 bedrooms with one double and two single beds - private parking and everything you'd need for a comfortable stay.
Oh, the price, $440 a week.
