Anyone got a CO yet from a November ITA lodged date (without job)? Just wondered how quickly NZIS in London are working since the website still refers to wk/ending 23 Jan allocating ITAs up to 27 Oct

The NZIS london branch processing times were updated on their website ... yay!
"...for the week ending 20 February 2009 we are allocating files lodged up to and including 19 November 2008."
This means we should have a case officer now!!!!! no word yet though. any day now, right????

oo you lucky sausages! It looks like we'll have another 4 weeks yet. Still, I'm filling my time by sorting out cupboards. I pity the next person to pop round to ours as I may well have to take them on a tour of tidy drawers....;-)

Eeek, they're getting closer to our ITA lodged date (Dec). I've been so impatient and excited and now that it's getting closer I am strangely nervous and anxious - I guess still worried that they will find some reason to tell us that we can't get in!!

Sorry guys, I'm getting nervous too after reading your posts...
However, if they decide to cut immigration, it will happen not at our stage. I truely believe that we will be approved sooner or later, in 2009 definitely.
Good luck!!!

WE HAVE A CASE OFFICER!!!!!!!!!!!!! SHE WANTS TO INTERVIEW!!!!!!!!!!! I AM SO THRILLED!!!!!!!! IT IS 5 IN THE MORNING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I SHOULD STOP SHOUTING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
OH is out of town for work. He woke up at 3:30 and decided to check his e-mail, and then called me to wake me and tell me the good news!!! (we may have mentioned on previous posts that we were going insane, as in, checking e-mail at all hours of the night insane...)
The CO wants to interview OH on tuesday. :clap She has also asked that we provide my pathology results - we included OH's because the doctor had marked his cholesterol as "abnormal," so we included the actual results to show that it was only very slightly high. All the boxes on my forms were checked normal, so we didn't bother providing the lab results. Luckily we have them handy and can zip them right over. thankfully, the CO is wanting to schedule the interview before even getting these, so it must not be a big deal.
That gust of wind that just passed by your window is our hugh sigh of relief that is circling the globe right now. :)
Just yesterday we had inquired about extending our short term lease for another month because we were starting to panic. Found out that another lessor is coming in a week after we leave, so this was not an option. We had started exploring the possibility of living in the car for awhile, maybe hitting a national park or going on a road trip! (which we may still need to do...depending on how fast this process moves along from here.) The important thing is that the process is actually, visibly moving again.
SO. RELIEVED. :)

So, the CO appeared suddenly and wants the interview. Does it mean you had been assigned to CO several days before she sent you that e-mail?
