I am no expert on the subject but do remember seeing foreign (chinese, indian,..) movies to rent at various corner shops.

Blockbuster in Kilbirnie, Wellington have a wide range of videos in that genre :)

we do rentals through Fatso.co.nz (http://www.fatso.co.nz/library?genre_id=13&sub_id=232&sort=movie_year&pg=1&order=desc) and there are some there - but they only get a few new ones in each year, so unless you would be using it for other movies as well, it wouldn't be worth the trouble.
