does anyone know when the updated LTSSL is going to come out? what happens if my skill is downgraded to ISSL or taken off? is there a period of time after the issuance of the new list where the prior list would be grandfathered in?

hmm, good question.

I am hoping that once you've been invited to apply under certain conditions that those conditions hold true until your application has been processed.
Seems to me would be a bit unfair to invite you to apply for residence and then oops, sorry your skill is no longer needed so you can't apply anymore!!

But then, you never know!
