I thought the same with regard to the buying game aswell. There seems to be alot more, what I would call GOOD housing on the property sites I visit for slightly less $$, and it seems to be hanging around for a while longer.

Has the NZ bubble burst, or just stopped inflating :? for the time being, anyway.

Yes! Read it in the NZ herald as well!! That's wonderful as I would be relocating to Auckland in May05. Less Rent = more savings, considering that housing bites off a huge chunk off the salary. :roll: It would be wonderful if the next thing I would hear is that wages would increase. :mrgreen:
