Dear,
Does anybody have idea whether a prepaid self-addressed registered envelope or courier pack is required to include along with ITA application for return of our original documents by INZ? I checked with post office in Beligum for that courier pack to be sent to INZ London branch but the process was too complicated and difficult to buy that pack because of different charges and methods in two different countries. Your suggestion will be highly appreciated.

Use Fedex, UPS or DHL. That should simplify things.

Forget about self-addressed and stamped envelope if you are outside the UK.
INZ will use DHL and charge your credit card for the cost. That is, if you have a credit card. They may have alternatives.

In my experience, some where on the ITA, it asks how would you like the documents returned? There are two options, picking them up yourself or having the mailed back. We checked having them mailed back to us and I assumed we would be charged for the postage and the NZIS would notify us of the charge and when to expect the documents. Hope this helps.

This is the response I received from NZIS when asking about this:
Please check the box 'returned by secure mail' and then write 'by DHL' next to it.
Also, on the migrant levy form please write at the bottom 'I would like my documents/passports couriered to me via DHL, please debit the courier cost from the above credit card' (or something along those lines).
At the end of the process our issuing team deduct the migrant levy from the details you have provided on the migrant levy form, issue the visas into the passports and then return the documents and passports. Therefore, putting a note on the migrant levy form is the best thing to do as our issuers will definitely be looking at it to take the migrant levy fee.
I am not sure what country you are from as you have not provided your EOI number but for certain countries which have renown 'unsafe' postal systems we would always give the applicant the option of paying for a courier.
I hope that is helpful. :)
