The house we are currently renting is now up for sale (not being rented anymore). Open home is taking place on Saturday 2nd April. It will be a private sale.
The landlord is keen to sell, his wife is very unwell and they are shifting several properties, they are a lovely couple.
It's a bargain for the location too at offers over $340K !! Would suit couple or small family (it's 2-bed) - needs cosmetic work to bring it up to date but location is fab. Small plot.
