Hey all
We have been staying in a cute little apartment in Newtown but will be moving to a house which is both cat-friendly AND has sea views this Saturday. My current landlord has very graciously agreed to let us terminate our lease early so I'd really like to help him find a new tenant as soon as possible - he is a very decent, friendly guy albeit super-busy most of the time.
So here are the details:
It is a duplex-style apartment in a large complex - quiet neighbours and a parking bay below -set at the end at a cul-de-sac off Constable street.
Living room with french doors to balcony.
Small kitchen with cupboards and an oven/stove which works very well.
Two bedrooms with closets.
One bathroom with shower over bath and a washing machine and dryer - both work extremely well and quickly!
Fully carpeted, no damp, quirky retro-type decor.
It's on the Newtown/Kilbirnie border - a decent neighbourhood - and is very, very close to bus stops, hairdresser, dairy, library, restaurants, etc etc.
My rental was $285.00 per week - presume it will be the same for incoming tenant.
