my co has scheduled an interview session.
I was given a questionnaire. Does anyone here has experience on the questionnaire? does my answer on the questionnaire affect the chance for me to obtain WTA/PR?
Thank you.

I don't know an answer, but want to wish you the best of luck.
Is the questionnaire anything like the lists of interview questions that are posted elsewhere on the forum? (Do a search on 'interview' if you haven't seen them.)

Interview done.
But my CO said, it may take 1 month or 2 months for them to make decision on my case. They need to send my medical report to the health department in NZ (i forget what is the exact name of the department).
Do it mean there is anything wrong with my medical report?

Did they say they were referring your medical report to the medical assessor? If that's what it was, it may be there is something the doctor marked as outside the normal. Did the doctor say anything during the examination?

I did took an extra x-ray.
Anyway, I arrange another TB xray check this evening. just letting myself know if anything go wrong with my health IN THIS MOMENT.

Yes. I have been interviewed over phone. Earlier I was asked to fill out the questionnaire and send it back. Your replies do matter. During the interview, they would ask the same questions as they have asked in the questionnaire. As my interview lasted only for 7 mins, that gave me the confidence my that replies were okay. Take some time out to come up with good answers.
