just weighed and measured myself due to forthcoming medical and with no effort at all, i seem to have lost over a stone in the last 2 months!
also, doing the rib-navel thing, im well in for the cm's and my bmi has dropped to just under 30 from 32 :)

tsk tsk... but glad everything's OK with them! That's fabulous about the rental situation on both sides of the planet!!
