Ok - we are so close to being able to get our ITA off now... However, I've got a query that you lovely folks might be able to help with :D
We are claiming points for my work experience being on the Long Term Skills Shortage List - I'm going for ICT Account Manager, as this fits my job description almost perfectly. However, my job title is Sales Administration Manager - I actually do a lot more than the ANZCO description of an Account Manager, but not everything that is on the general ICT Sales Professionals description:
http://www.abs.gov.au/AUSSTATS/ABS@.NSF/Product+Lookup/1220.0~2006~Chapter~UNIT+GROUP+2252+ICT+Sales+Prof essionals
I'm going to be putting in my original contract (which was just for Sales Administrator, as there was not a team for me to be the manager for when I joined!), an updated job description (as the JD was extended when I got promoted), which will be signed by our HR Manager, and a reference on company headed paper.
However - what additional information should be on the reference? Our usual company references just state the job title, dates worked and salary, but I expect that INZ will want more info! Fortunately, I have a good relationship with the HR manager, so she is not going to have a problem with extending the reference :nice1
Any other suggestions for extra information that INZ would like to see?
Many thanks in advance,
Jo
