Is the Child supplement Expression of Interest form the last section of the EOI? Or is it a seperate form all together? Also why would they require a passport for our kids and not my OH? Thanks

Yes, the child supplement IS the last section of the EOI NOT a seperate form.

Thanks, When I filled out my section it required a passport number and information, When I filled out my wifes it does not require a passport, It checks her Identity section as complete, but when I got down to the kids, it requires passport information to check it as complete.

We are triing to space out our cost and since none of us have ever had a passport we have to get them, at $100 us$ a peice. So I was hoping to submit the EOI this month and do the passports the following months. I have mine.

So I was just curious why it does not require a passport number for my OH?

Maybe I will just switch everything around and hold off on submitting the EOI.

That's weird because when my hubby and I filled out our EOI, it asked for his passport number, his social security number, his driver license number and his birth certificate number. Strange.
