I guess that having a job offer was the real clincher. In our case, I'm already here on a talent visa so there won't be so much rush for our application to be dealt with, but I'm hoping that as they have most of my details already (job offer/contract, qualifications, verification of identity, etc), they might get the ITA through to me more quickly than a 'fresh' applicant. We will have to resubmit all the things anyway for the PR but I'm trying to get all the paperwork sorted out before it arrives. The aim is to get PR as quickly as possible as it makes my wife and daughter's situation easier. The only real issue is our medical checks which have a 3-month lifespan, so they will probably have to wait until we actually get the ITA through.
Still, it's great news for you and very heartening for us all. Congrats again!
