I can't exactly remember, but I think I sent it it, heard nothing for a week, then got an email from CO saying it was all going through no probs and passports came back a week or 2 later - so 2 or 3 weeks, but can't remember exactly. It was quick though, the quickest bit of the whole process.

ITA received yesterday, all sorted tonight.. took 3 hours!! glad we have an industrial photocopier/printer at home.
Posting tomorrow morning, just waiting for a hiccup now :wah
