As previously mentioned Keith & Debby (better known as KD17) will be 'gracing' the NW with a visit from the Isle of Man on Wednesday 4th May. Understandably many of you will be at work during the week, but it would still be nice if some of us could have a 'mini NW meet'. So who's up for it?
:cheers
Also - Keith & Debby, is our usual location of the Salt Cellar (J18 of M6) any good for you (pretty central for most of us NW forumers)? Are you flying/ferrying back that day? What time/location would suit you guys?

We can then arrange another weekend get together before our 'Forum Queen' Diny (hey only copying Kim here) and family depart on 21st May. Diny - maybe you can guide us what suits you best, with regards to family / friends commitments near your departure date :exit

Let me have your thoughts :nice1

I can make 4th May. I will arrange for my mum to collect the boys from school but still won't be able to hang around too much later than Marie.

Maybe we could meet about 12 - ish, would that be OK?

Will find out what date I can make before we head off. We're doing alot of the 'goodbye' visits over the next 2 weeks while Mark is home so I'll try to 'free up' a Saturday for a get together at thre Salt Cellar.

See you all soon.

I'm working, also don't know what the m6 is like during the week - it might make things a little difficult.
I know the thelwall viaduct (nr warrington) is a pain for those approaching from the north.

Have a great time.

Cheers

WOW ! that sounds excellent...

We're very honoured :yes :yes

Is the pub easy to find from that junction?

It will be nice to meet whoever can make it and we really appreciate all the effort, even responding to the thread.

We are going back to the IOM the following morning from Liverpool.

Looking forward to it already.

Thanks a bunch. :clap :clap :clap

It will be great to meet you too :nice1

The pub is really easy to find:
J18 of the M6, posted Holmes Chapel / Middlewich
Take direction Middlewich
Follow this road, about 2-3 miles
You'll come to a roundabout, take first exit and the pub is on this roundabout on your left hand side

We'll be there for midday and looking forward to meeting you guys!

Thank You.

Babette would you mind to PM us a contact number - just in case please?

Our IOM mobiles work on international rates (how silly is that :no ) so we get UK sim cards and don't know what the number will be yet, but as soon as we have one I can text or phone you to let you have our number too.

Thank you.

Normally meet up about 1 o'clock (unless you're in our car and then you'll be held up in traffic and arrive later :? ).

You'll recognise us don't worry ........ just follow the noise.
