Hi,

I was unable to obtain a police certificate overseas as the place does not issue such certificate to foreigners. Hence, I need to provide a statutory declaration in lieu. Does anyone have any sample for such declaration? There is a guideline on NZIS website but a sample would certainly helps a lot.
