Just go to Air New Zeland (http://www.airnewzealand.co.uk/) UK site and attempt to book one-way tickets as normal and when given the option for a Promo Code enter EMIGRATE2NZ to get the discount.

Looks like Bob copied the link with flight details in, but it has a time limit on it, which explains the error message ;)

If you go back to the Search for Flights page and enter the promo code in the box under the service class, the website will pick up on it and give a lower fare if it's available:
