I just found that there is a web site for governmental job(or civil servant).
jobs.govt.nz
Does anyone here has any idea on working for government? (in some countries, working for government mean boring , routine job with relative low advancement on professional development).

Hello, working for the governement covers SO many areas of work that it's hard to answer your question. Obviously some jobs in the civil service are more about paper pushing than anythign else but I wouldn't say that was an across the board description :D

It seems that you are also an IT professional.

I work on IT audit on last few years(in the company in similar size as your previous company). I just wonder if NZ government require security clearance for working on something relate to IT security or IT auditing for the governmental department? Does it mean only NZ Citizen can apply for those vacancies?
