First of all, I'm not too sure whether this post conforms to 'forum law' .... but it's just info really. And none of it is the slightest bit beneficial to me. Apologies in advance if I've overstepped the mark.
The other day we were chatting to PBs best mate who lives in Auckland. We were just about to leave to go up to the NW meet. We told him where we were going and he was amazed by the amount of Brits who are emigrating.
He then asked whether any of them/us will be looking for work.
I won't go into any details regarding name of comapny etc, but just to let you know that he has 2 recruitment agencies permanently looking for staff for him. He's looking for electricians and mechanics. The mechanics side of it isn't motor mechanics but he said that anybody who was 'mechanically' minded and could produce good refs and work history would be considered.
I know this all sounds abit 'wishy washy' but I'm just passing on the message. If any of you would like abit more info then please feel free to PM me.
One thing he did stress though ... he would not consider giving anybody a job over the phone.
