I've been in contact with AUSTSWIM re swim teacher training and they think it is a recognised qualification in NZ- I'm really keen to get it done over here because the standard looks great, it's inexpensive and local. I've decided to challenge myself to getting my bronze medallion whilst I'm at it :exit

Anyone on this forum a swim teacher? Know anything about work availability and pay? I'm hoping to start (primary) teacher training next year and considering the Waikato to move to, but would appreciate input from anyone vaguely in the know on the ground :)
