Is anyone else who sent their ITA package to London around 15 March still waiting for *the* e-mail arranging an interview?
I know some people have received that wonderful e-mail so I am getting worried there is something wrong with our application. :no
And now (given the time change with London), I have to wait the entire weekend until Monday to hope to hear anything at all.
Tuesday will be one full month and the standard letter you get says you'll be contacted within one month by a case officer. Should I send an e-mail to London asking the status? Or try to be more patient?
Getting very, very worried... :wah

Hi Rammer,
Did you have any result yet, or does that also take some time? Patience seems to be the key word in this process!
Rammer and RoadRunner you must all be very thrilled to be so far in the process and doing the interviews etc. I think it is already nervous business to get your medical checks done and everything which we have done in the past few months, like doing an English language test (we're from Holland). But you don't get bored, they will keep you busy and as soon as you think you get bored, you can always check the forum and learn a lot from other people.
Wish you ALL THE LUCK with the interview, RoadRunner!! :nice1
And Rammer, good luck while waiting for the result!!
It could drive a person crazy. :eek

hello all,
PATIENCE! , definately the keyword. I sent the ITA back 8th March, but I think I may have been lucky with my timings as I had the interview not long after they recieved it and got the result yesterday.
I was considering emailing on Tuesday to ask for progress but decided against it in the end. As it was, it all turned out very well.
Sit tight, be patient and it will all fall into place. :nice1
John
PS. I was told by CO that they ( NZIS ) had a huge backlog of paperwork in the London office and the earliest they could consider issue of visas was around 2 / 3 weeks.
