Relocation package thread!

Thought it might be useful for people hoping to negotiate with future employers to have an idea of what others have acheived. I know it's hugely variable, often seemingly without rationale but asking for help with relocation is always worth a shot, given you're unlikely to have the job offer withdrawn for chancing your arm!
Here's our experience:
Hawkes Bay DHB: (nurse- newly qualified) $2K toward flights, 2 weeks in a decent motel opposite the hospital (extended to three at our request once arrived) and 2 weeks hire car.
What's yours?

Marketing Manager - flights, all moving expenses & visa fees, storage fees, 3 weeks accomodations, mobile, and potentially a short mini-break on the trip down.
Our situation is a bit different though, as I've worked for the company for several years in the US and this is just a transfer.

University lecturer - flight, all visa costs, 2 weeks accommodation plus shipping of 15 m2 (I only took 9 m2 and was allowed to use the remainder for the kitty cat).
If I had an OH and any wee-ones they would have paid for the flights for them too, plus larger shipping allowance).
As a note: if I leave the job within 3 year I would have to pay them back part of the costs. Makes sense really
