Cheap weekly accomodation in Wellington ?

Anyone know or recommend somewhere in Wellington area that would be cheap but cheerful ?
Hubby may have to consider taking a job down there mon to fri, travelling home for weekend ........

Trademe has a 'Flatmates' section if he's happy to share - would be cheap and I assume furnishings wouldn't be required either.

Moana lodge in plimmerton is in a good location in Plimmerton, and I believe it is like a backpackers but is small.... could be worth a look.
