Funny, I JUST was looking at flights to Canada..if you search "wellington" to "other city" you'll often get a couple of price comparison sites come up. That's what I found anyway.www.wego.com was one but someone might have one that they think is especially good...

www.kayak.com is good cos it compares all the airlines AND suggests cheapest day of the week to fly

I've found www.expedia.co.nz pretty handy for flight comparisons - you can search multiple destination journeys which some others won't let you.

www.webjet.co.nz is another one which is useful especially for trans-tasman flights

Expedia used to be great but seem to consistently be dearer than others lately. I saved a couple of $K on Expedia's best price by going direct with Malaysian Air's own site. Lots of the long haul carriers are offering deals at the moment.
