Oh me, Oh my!
Well, we got the flat sold this week. Wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee :bluebanana
Well, it is, subject to survey, so it should be ok.
We've booked the movers for 19/20 May. OMG! thats only three weekends left :eek: and one of those I had already booked a pamper sesh with the girlies while Mr G goes hillwalking! Oh me!
That'll give us 10 days to sell/gift or shift the remaining gear we aren't taking with us. I've a 'to do' list that was looking quite good until I revisited it last night. Garden tools to hammerite, mountain bikes to clean with a toothbrush (you should see the offroad tyres on them, oh man!)
I can start to shift everything down from the loft tho and get our pseudo packing done (we're going to stay here till end Jul to let our stuff trundle over in time for our arrival).
We'll need enough gear to continue working here for 2 months, go on a motorbike tour of the Western Isles, and have 2 weddings to go to, along with a medieval reinactment that I help out with!
I need to get my flights booked: we are going to have 2 stop offs as we reckon we will never get the chance again: Singapore and Sydney - what do you reckon? We cant be too rash as we havent got jobs yet!
