for PR, they dont need to prove it as once you have PR then you will be a new zealand resident if you get me..

Hi...nope if u have a job offer in a skilled category then your employer doesnt have to prove that he advertised and found no kiwi to do the job...it is the case for general jobs...or jobs not on the skill shortage list.
