15 months, 2 CO's, 3+ MA's, lots and lots of bits sent very sequentially:mad: to NZIS London at $30 to $42 each... (oh and 5+ years of planning :D)

Today we got the approved in principle letter (here's hoping it doesn't go wrong somehow between now and the stickering...). So off go the passports and life stops feeling like it's on hold.

Been here almost 8 months and IMHO wouldn't have been able to get PR if we hadn't come (for various reasons). Don't really recommend coming early to people who may be facing potential MA worries as the feeling that you packed up your life only to be stopped by medical issues is really not fun at all. It makes you feel miserable, guilty, depressed, worthless, you name it. I would be willing to do it again though. Also a bit expensive with full cost (or in some cases, immigration rate :wah) Dr visits and the constant mailing of stuff to NZIS.
TBH we didn't trust the MA to not find something else (as they had the last few times...)
I won't be totally relaxed until I get our passports back.

By the way, can we ask our CO to mail our documents back with our stickered passports or is there another way they like to do it?
