Terms of Use
1. Each member may register one username.
2. All posts must be in English.
3. Don't "SHOUT".
4. This is a family oriented forum. Please keep language civil and avoid personal insults/attacks, racism, offensive material, and trolling.
5. Political or religious discussions must be carried out thoughtfully, with respect for other posters' ideas, and be relevant to life in New Zealand, immigration, or reasons for leaving your own country. Don't bash politicians, political parties, or religions and don't form political/religious social groups.
6. If you wish to libel someone, do it on your own website. Posts which are potentially libellous will be removed as soon as we become aware of them and the member's forum privileges will be reviewed. Your posts must not fall foul of libel laws in any country where this forum is read.
7. Do not infringe copyright by pasting whole articles into the forum. It's okay to copy a small part, then provide a link to the rest.
8. Do not question moderator actions on the forum; raise concerns with a moderator or administrator by private message.
9. You grant a permanent licence to ENZ to display the content of any and all posts you make.
10. The private messaging system is available for members who make five or more posts. Your private messages (PMs) are just that - private. If, however, a PM is reported to us for any reason - for example because it is sexually-orientated, threatening, spamming, etc - we reserve the right to check its contents and to take action against the sender.
11. You may link to to personal, family blogs in your forum signature. You may link to your own business in a signature if your post count is 100 or more, and you have a reputation count of 100 or more.
12. If you have a business, you may discuss it only in the business forums area.
13. This is a privately owned forum. We reserve the right to remove, edit, move or close any thread for any reason.
14. We reserve the right to accept or decline membership applications, vary forum privileges, and terminate the membership of anyone for any reason.
15. Although the administrators and moderators will attempt to keep objectionable messages off this forum, it is impossible for us to review all messages. All messages express the views of the author, and neither the owners of ENZ New Zealand Forums, nor Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd. (developers of vBulletin) will be held responsible for the content of any message.
