Hi guy's me and my wife has returned from Nz back to the UK from spending 7 month's out there on a WHV, what I wanted to know what form do I need to feel out and how do they send the money when I am back in the UK

the IR3 for non-residents
note that if you worked prior to the 2008-9 tax year, you should find the earlier form on the same website

for you to be able to use the onlien service, you should ghave first received the paper version and possibly the summary of earnings - both can be requestedc online by IRD

thanks I have started to fill out the form and they are asking for The Document Lodgement Number (DLN) is the 14-character number does anybody knows this

If you look at the very bottom of the first page of the form you will see the DLN. Can't say why they don't actually say this number is the DLN.
