We finally booked our flights on Friday - I can't believe that we're finally to this point. I'm spending tonight and tomorrow packing all of our stuff to prepare to ship - so we'll be living out of suitcases for the next 4 weeks.

It's all seeming very real - I can't believe I'm moving out of my house and leaving town in 19 days! :nice1

We're looking forward to finally arriving on the other side!

19 days, these will go all to fast, except for the final hours that drag. Is there a mixture of feeling excited and scared both at the same time. We have around 3 weeks 6 days and 7 hours left, not that I am counting.

who did you book through just out of interest? we're doing our investigations at the moment and to us Air NZ came out cheaper.

We are alternating between excitement and the feeling that we need to go throw up! Today is going to be a day full of packing again - we did our Costco run yesterday to stock up on our necessities - and we're getting ready to put our stuff in storage. Eek!

We booked through AirNZ - our travel agent found a decent deal - and we're stopping in Rarotonga for a couple of days to decompress before we arrive in Auckland. I don't know anything about our accommodations when we finally arrive - although I know my company already has a property manager searching out something suitable for us.

I can't wait to have everything wrapped up - I'm ready to arrive, get settled & get back to work!
