Anyone have experience of using these? There is one in Palmy & 2 in Welly. Is there one you would recommend?
I'm looking for a battery for my Macbook & also an iMac to replace my gorgeous one that's met it's maker(sob)
I won't use trademe for this kind of thing but want a knowledgeable reliable dealer. Thanks in advance.

Who is it in Palmy? I had the casing on my Macbook replaced by an authorised company (Desktop Technology Services (I think)) here in Palmy (under Applecare) and they were great!

We've used Magnum Mac in Newmarket for a number of purchases (software and hardware) and the staff have always proven really knowledgeable and helpful. They never even seem to mind when the OH goes in there (seemingly for hours) with technical questions and then doesn't buy anything.

Highly recommend them based on our experiences....I think they must be the same company thats in Wellington?

Yep .... Desktop tech is one of them so thanks for that. I'm betwixt Welly & Palmy so picking the right direction helps. The one in Welly is Toucan but I don't know the name of the other one. Anyone used the Welly ones?

Have used Magnum Mac in Welly, they're really good and would use them again :nice1
