Can't help you directly but have you looked at the house down Nathan Avenue, Pram Beach ? Swimming pool, looks a bit of a bargain - been on the market a while and supposedly keen to sell

We got ours for 65K less than the gv, 18 months ago. If it was possible then, I'm sure it's still possible now! :D :nice1
