Hi All
I was wonder ing if anyone can answer this question PLEASE

I am filling in our EOI forms and my OH has been qualified for 25 years so I therefore have to give 10 years or more references.
Now
One of his previous employers have gone out of business so what contact name and address do we give for the application form

PLEASE

Thanks

can you give a total of 10 years without using this employer?

the years do not have to be consequtive as far as I know, just total, so if you can work round the problem it would be much easier.

We had an employer that went bankrupt...and I really can't recall what we did for the EOI (been too long I'm afraid). We may have just put the last known address...? I don't remember it being an issue at all. Sorry.
If you would have trouble proving for the ITA that your OH worked there then perhaps you want to avoid claiming points for that employer...? We had all the paystubs as OH is a pack rat :D
If you need to though, just put what you know and can prove IMO, and explain in your ITA cover letter that the employer is out of business.
