My husband and I, well my husband mainly, play airsoft and were wondering if it is allowed in NZ. For those who don't know, it's a bit like paintball but the guns look very real and they shoot plastic, (we use the biodegradable kind), bee bees. If we are able to continue this in NZ, does anyone play or know of any groups that play?

Thank you for the reply! :0) We just started doing some research last night and discovered that though Airsoft is legal in New Zealand, it is regulated. Unlike here in the States, full automatic Airsoft guns are not allowed in NZ. Looks like we will have to change up our arsenal a bit. :)
