Cany anyone point me to a link which describes the process after approval of PR? I gather that we have a specific time limit to submit passports for the stickers, followed by some other time limit within which to activate something. Other than that it is not clear to me at all.

I would also welcome clarity on whether the entire family has to travel to NZ to activate the visa(s) - not currently having a job offer I would be travelling there on a job search and for the initial activation and we don't have stacks of cash to burn on a family jaunt to NZ.

Any help will be very welcome.

Don't know of any links but generally after being approved you have 6 months to submit passports for stickers and then a further 12 months to enter the country at which point your visa is activated and becomes a residence permit. Also pretty sure everyone has to activate their own visa.

That's my understanding too - it was certainly the case when we did it in 2008.
